In January I chose Wellbeing as my word of the year and here's how I have moved through the first six months aligning with my chosen word. Has it been working?
A wonderful post, how lovely to set aside time to reflect. I love the name of your outdoor writing space - the best for well being. I did not have a word but something to think about for the Autumn 🌻🌱
It's a great name isn't it, one of my readers came up with the name and it stuck. Makes the space feel special and cosy which is the aesthetic I was aiming for.
It's the first year I've done a word of the year and it's really helped define how I've spent the year so far. Definitely doing one for next year too. I hope you do too 😊. Autumn seems about the right time to start thinking about it.
Oh I love how you've taken time like this to reflect on your word for the year, at the halfway point. Ooh I'm going to do this time - my intention this year was BEING BOLD, so I'm going to reflect on that. Thanks for the inspiration! And lovely to see a mention of Time to Thrive 🥰
Oh they are great words to live by Rachel. I hope they are working well for you this year.
You are so organised with having your word ready for next year 😊. I haven't given much thought to next years yet, but I have a few ideas rolling around in my head.

You're welcome Selina, so pleased it inspired you 😊.
I'm loving your Time to Thrive journal, it's a joy to work through.
Mine are balance and joy… not quite there yet… rushing ahead to find next year’s words, which I now have.. irony not lost on me!
