Journaling is such a powerful tool - I use mine almost everyday to keep me focused and unload my mind a little.

It is right when you said it reduces screen time - if I had to journal on my phone, it would prompt me to check everything else on my phone too - keeping it pen and paper helps so much with that.

Thanks Debbie

I agree 100% Paul, I would always recommend journaling using pen and paper over a phone any day. The temptation is too much. I do use Notion on my laptop as a planner sometimes but journaling on paper is far more effective I think.

I definitely think there is a place for digital productivity products. I tend to use the apple software on my laptop like notes for storing larger text and to help cross post info from my laptop to my phoneโ€ฆ.there is still a massive difference to what I accomplish with making analog notes compared to digitalโ€ฆnot as easy to ignore and the temptation like you said is too much.
